GeM Institution adoption team update
Over the last few weeks, the GeM Institution Adoption team have contacted all consortia members as we work with you to roll out the eMarketplace and ensure that institutions are getting the best from GeM.
There has been a great deal of interest from many of you in the eMarketplace. We are now working closely with a number of institutions to begin implementation plans with the aim of getting many using the eMarketplace in the next few months.

Have your say on GeM
Over the next few weeks we will be sending out a GeM Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is the first of an annual survey which will run to ensure that GeM is meeting the needs of you, the users.
The survey will be sent out to all registered users of GeM via email and will provide users with the opportunity to tell us what is working and where we may need to make improvements.
We are also offering two £20 Marks and Spencer’s vouchers as prizes for taking part.
