Welcome to the February issue of the GeM eNewsletter
As momentum has grown with institution adoption, we have seen greater supplier engagement and this month we are happy to bring you news on three new suppliers on the GeM eMarketplace.
Wray Bros are ready to receive your order now
Wray Bros went live for trading on the GeM eMarketplace this week. For those institutions that are using the NWUPC Cleaning Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies agreement you now have the opportunity to purchase goods directly off these agreements through the eMarketplace.
Getech Punch out ready for you to use
Getech Education are now set up on GeM with a punch-out connection. This allows you to visit the Getech Education website to purchase goods from the Toshiba Laptop computers/Tablet PCs and accessories and the Samsung Laptop computers/Tablet PCs and accessories agreements.
A punch out connection requires that each institution is set up individually in order to trade. If you would like to have this connection switched on for your institution please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. This easy set-up will not take long but will ensure that you are getting the best value for money on your purchases.
You can view the full list of suppliers ready and waiting to trade with you on the GeM eMarketplace at http://www.gem.ac.uk/emarketplace/supplier-update.html
If you would like to start using the GeM eMarketplace to save your institution money, ensure on contract spending and eliminate paper ordering contact the GeM Institution adoption team on 0118 963 7051.
